When you hold down the left mouse button, the fighting begins. Hold the button down and move your mouse to walk around the area. Almost every object you see is throwable, just walk towards the object to automatically throw it at the closest enemy! There are some skins you can unlock after every so many levels. Try to unlock them all, and after that keep fighting. If you want to play a similar game like this one, but instead slap people, you should play Slap and Run. This game is another very silly and very funny fighting game!
