This game is trying to be GTA but not so demanding so that it can be played casually on a browser if you so choose. There's no direction or even multiple objectives to worry about, so you're open to exploring as much as you can and seeking out your own entertainment. The means to get cash, vehicles, and weapons are straightforward so you won't need to work too hard to experience the game in various ways. Just make sure that you save your progress.
